Become part of the Constellation

Geo is a scale-up programme within the UK Space Agency Accelerator for ambitious UK space ventures with proven traction. It supports founders to accelerate growth through strategic coaching, 1:1 support, expert workshops and access to a network of experienced founders, industry leaders and commercial partners.

We are seeking a small group of individuals with an interest in mentoring some of the most exciting space startups in the UK, with the next programme starting in November 2026. Ideally, you’ll have the following credentials:

  1. Senior exec/C-suite level experience in a commercial space enterprise, with a substantial network and the ability to make national and international introductions for companies that are proven to be ready.

  2. A founder from another industry who has scaled a company from early stage to at least “top-end” SME status (£10m+ revenue), and exited. We are looking for a diverse mix of backgrounds, from tech founders to visionaries and storytellers. You will be able to mentor the startups in general growth strategy and ideally connect them with investors and other appropriate advisors from your network.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Our Geo programme will support five of our highest-potential startups, selected both from within our alumni network and externally. They will typically be raising (or have just raised) Series A funding, although some may have other goals to work towards that milestone. We have had participants with team sizes ranging from 5-40.

The programme runs for five months, from November 2026 to March 2027. You would join us for a Boot Camp on the 3rd or 4th of November 2026, where you’ll meet the cohort and begin their acceleration journey.

Following the Boot Camp, you would deliver up to four days of mentoring across the five-month programme, normally through 1:1 or small-group sessions. The exact format is still to be confirmed, but the mentoring will be consultative in nature.
