Become part of the Constellation

Geo is a high-impact scale-up programme within the UK Space Agency Accelerator, designed to help ambitious UK space ventures with proven traction accelerate towards their next stage of growth. Through strategic coaching, tailored 1:1 support, expert-led workshops and access to an exclusive network of exited founders, industry leaders and commercial partners, Geo equips founders with the clarity, capability and connections needed to scale their business, unlock new opportunities and build towards a multi-million-pound valuation.

We are seeking a small group of individuals with an interest in mentoring some of the most exciting space startups in the UK, with the next programme starting in November 2026. Ideally, you’ll have the following credentials:

  1. Senior exec/C-suite level experience in a commercial space enterprise, with a substantial network and the ability to make national and international introductions for companies that are proven to be ready.

  2. A founder from another industry who has scaled a company from early stage to at least “top-end” SME status (£10m+ revenue), and exited. We are looking for a diverse mix of backgrounds, from tech founders to visionaries and storytellers. You will be able to mentor the startups in general growth strategy and ideally connect them with investors and other appropriate advisors from your network.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Our Geo programme will support five of our highest-potential startups, selected both from within our alumni network and externally. They will typically be raising (or have just raised) Series A funding, although some may have other goals to work towards that milestone. We have had team sizes of everything from 5-40 as participants.

The programme is four months long (Nov ’26 – Feb ’27). You would join us for a Boot Camp day to meet the cohort and start their acceleration journey. Following this you would deliver up to four days of mentoring across the four-month period, normally in 1:1 or small group setting. The exact format of this is still to be decided, and will be consultative in nature rather than delivering workshops.
