Our Criteria

Founders committed to achieving a £10m+ valuation within 3 years (demonstrated through growth plans, KPIs, or milestones).

Lead a UK-registered company operating or actively leveraging space sector technologies.

Show proven traction by meeting at least one of the following: £100k+ revenue in the past 12 months, securing £250k+ in investment or grant funding, or contracted revenue of £250k+ over the next 12 months.

Have a small but scaling team of 5 or more employees in paid roles.

Geo is for ambitious founders and CEOs of UK-based space companies who are already generating revenue and aiming to scale beyond £1M in the next 12 months. You must be working full time on the business, and your technology should be at TRL 5–9.

You’ll receive personalised 1:1 support from our Constellation members - a group of exited founders and senior space executives who bring real-world insight to your growth journey.
Meet the Constellation -
Yes, as the programme is funded by the UK Space Agency and focused on ventures contributing to the UK space ecosystem, as well as having some compulsory in-person elements, this programme is only open to applicants based in the UK.

This programme is fully funded by the UK Space Agency, so there is no cost to you directly to participate.
As your place represents a significant investment from the UK Space Agency, we ask that all participants commit fully and actively engage throughout the programme.

Geo is designed to fit around the reality of building a business. You'll need to commit to attend Trajectory on the 4th of November and Boot camp on the 5th of November (final dates to be confirmed), plus an average of 4-6 hours per week throughout the programme for coaching, mentoring, and learning.

Yes. Geo is designed specifically for companies that already have traction and are ready to scale, regardless of previous programme experience.

Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) indicate how far along your product or service is. TRL 5–9 means you’re beyond early concept and working on validation, prototyping, or market-ready deployment.
