Baptiste has a strong space systems engineering background with over a decade of industry experience on space missions , ground segment design and space operations. He has invaluable insights into systems engineering, space mission design and aspects of satellite licensing.

Duncan has founded businesses in cyber/service management and health-tech. Using his hands-on experience of working with hundreds of people, he now spends his time helping the founders of startup & scale-up businesses to solve problems quickly and to prepare for investment.

As Founder & Coaching Director of Brainsparker Academy, Gabriella brings over 20 years of experience as an Executive Coach and Leadership Development expert working with senior leaders across the globe. She’s an alumni of the International Space University, Leadership Instructor for Space Foundation University, and mentor for UNOOSA Space4Women.

CEO and Entrepreneur for 22 years with a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering. Scaled five startups from a few to over 40 people and up to $20m revenue. With a passion for the intersection of people and technology, and how we can leverage this as leaders to increase effectiveness, James also runs a scaling programme called Catalyst for leaders who have generally found product-market-fit.

Kevin is an experienced investor, with background working with companies in Asia, Europe and North America. As one of the senior management of Upsilon Family, Kevin believes in doing investment management differently. He specialises in alternative investments, energy, health, industrials, real estate, technology, transport and in sectors as diverse as consumer and retail.

Michael has been working in the SATCOM industry for over 25 years and is currently engaged in a broad range of space segments. He has been involved in business incubation of technology-based startups in a number of market sectors, and he is passionate about engaging with entrepreneurs to grow innovative businesses. He has experience in raising funds for early-stage companies, their technology strategy, market entry and positioning to name a few.

With extensive Space experience from both the UK and Asia, Noels commercial experience in New Space ranges from Satellite System Development to downstream applications in Earth Observation. Within these domains, his expertise is on agile development of products, while onboarding customers to gain feedback for product development.

Tony brings 30 years of solid experience in satellite applications and future EO missions. With his vast knowledge, he mentors our entrepreneurs in subjects ranging from Technology and Service (Technical feasibility, MVP, Product development roadmap, Pilot testing) to Value Proposition and Market (Users, USP, Competitor analysis).
